The personalized service at this hotel was outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even offering us a separate breakfast room to escape the crowded dining area. The staff recognized us and made us feel special during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony boasting stunning mountain views. The restaurant served delicious food, and the wait staff was attentive and patient. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of an elevator and the limited reach of the wireless signal. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and accommodating experience.

The view of the mountains was breathtaking and definitely the best aspect of this hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with directions and suggestions. the room was clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.
The hotel was located on a busy street, resulting in a lot of traffic noise that made it difficult to sleep at night. the room was smaller than anticipated, making it cramped for two people with luggage.

We had a great stay at Alpenhotel Ernberg. The price-performance ratio was excellent, and the hotel's location allowed us to reach Neuschwanstein Castle within just 30 minutes. The room was spacious, clean, and cosy, with a large bathroom that had both a bath and a shower. We particularly enjoyed dining at the hotel's cosy restaurant, which served delicious food. The friendly service and ample parking space were also a plus.
Almost nothing was a downside during our stay. The only issue we encountered was that upon arrival, we were initially given a room without a balcony, which we had specifically requested.

During our stay at this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed several aspects. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. They even offered us an alternative space for breakfast when the main area became crowded. Secondly, the hotel provided excellent service, with our laundry magically appearing folded on our beds each afternoon. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we could enjoy drinks in our room upon request, with the manager even delivering them personally. Lastly, the views from our balcony were absolutely stunning, offering a glimpse of the nearby mountain-top castle ruins.
The only minor downside was that the wireless signal in our room seemed to be weak.

Great view and friendly staff! Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to directions around the city.
The room was a bit dated and could use some updating. , the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.
